Yes, KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required for higher transaction limits. We offer three tiers:
  • Tier 1 (Basic): Email and Phone number verification only - ₦20,000 daily limit
  • Tier 2 (Verified): Government ID + Selfie - ₦200,000 daily limit
  • Tier 3 (Premium): Full KYC + Address verification - ₦1,000,000 daily limit
You can start with Tier 1 and upgrade as your needs grow.
Account & KYC

We accept the following government-issued ID documents:
  • International Passport
  • Driver's License
  • National ID Card (NIN)
  • Voter's Card
For proof of address (Tier 3), we accept utility bills, bank statements, or government letters dated within the last 3 months.

Most KYC verifications are completed within 5-10 minutes. In some cases, manual review may take up to 24 hours. You'll receive an email notification once your verification is complete. You can also check your verification status in your dashboard.

Yes, you can change your phone number in your Profile Settings. For security reasons, you'll need to verify your new phone number. This process helps protect your account from unauthorized changes.

Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Enter your email address, and we'll send you a password reset link. For security, the link expires after a few minutes. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder.
Transactions

Most transactions complete within 5 minutes.

You can track all transactions in real-time from your dashboard.

Minimum amounts vary by transaction type:
  • Buy USDT: ₦1,000
  • Sell USDT: 5 USDT

Transactions may be pending for several reasons:
  • Bank transfers: Processing by the banking system (5-30 min)
  • Crypto sends: Waiting for blockchain confirmations
  • Buy orders: Awaiting your bank transfer confirmation
  • Security review: Unusual activity flagged for review
If a transaction is pending for more than 1 hour, please contact support.

Once a transaction is initiated, it cannot be cancelled if it's already processing.
